Shannon whole-heartedly believes in the physical and mental health benefits that dance brings to people’s lives, and she enjoys working with students on setting goals, no matter their age or phase of life. She is committed to continually learning and loves to share her knowledge and passion for dance with those around her.
At the age of 10, Johnny Bryant began his love affair with dance, movement and expression after watching a break-dancing battle between two rival crews in his home town of Los Angeles. Instantly, he was inspired to pursue the mastery of his newfound art form and began practicing until the early morning hours with his friends. Before Long, he was accepted into a crew and was soon participating in the very battles he had watched that has sparked his passion.
Johnny served a tour in the military continually dancing around the nation and abroad. After leaving the military he took a job at intel. It was during this time that he discovered Ballroom dancing and his love affair wit dance expanded. His new inspiration was to master all forms of partner dancing including Latin, Swing, Club and Country styles. Wanting to be more immersed in dancing, Johnny quit his job at Intel and pursued dancing full time, competing professionally and instructing.
Twenty-four years later his love affair continues, deeper and more refined that ever before. Johnny has become one of the top dancers, choreographers and teachers in his trade most recently becoming a UCWDC Division 1 World Champion.
