Anticipated Distribution: 700 copies (readership 2400)
Our Event Programme, which averages more than 15 pages of photos, advertisements, and other pertinent dance information, is considered a collectors keepsake within our dance community. All event attendees will receive a free souvenir program which makes this a tremendous advertising opportunity, one that we invite you to take advantage of - please refer to attached Rate Sheet for our graphic specifications and pricing. If you choose to be part of our program this year, please submit your graphic advertising with payment before April 5th, 2013.

Vendor Opportunities
For our 2013 event we have planned vendor space at the entrance of the Main Ballroom pre-function area in the beautiful Hyatt Regency Calgary, which is spacious and elegant. Our tentative vendor floor plan is strategically placed to access increased foot traffic, thus providing ample exposure for our vendors. We are currently working on specific space plan drawings, with choice locations. We consider you a highly valued vendor and offer you this early opportunity to secure a prime vendor space at “Largest and Longest Running Country, Swing and Line Dance Event in Canada”. Space must be reserved and payment received by April 5th, 2013.
