Where the heck do you need my help & what is involved?
Door Monitor - Huge smiles, great personalities and some humour are wanted for this job. You will be greeting and directing guests, timekeeping for workshops, seating and related duties.
Decorating - Always wanted to be a decorator or just have fun making people feel welcomed? Use your talent to make the event look fun and fabulous for the party to begin. Set up on Friday and taking down at the end of the event on Sunday.
Campfire Ball Show Usher - Helping the excited guests get to their seats and making sure they have a ticket. NOTE: Volunteers who are working multiple shifts will be given preference for show usher positions.
Event Mobilization - Do I need muscles for this one? You bet! You will assist with unloading trucks containing the dance floor, lights, decorations, event signage, registration packages and more. Thursday evening. Throw everything back into the truck on Sunday evening.
Airport Transportation - Transport, the amazing pro's and the staff to the event. Flight times vary from Thursday to Monday. What a fantastic way to get to know these incredible people we learn from.
Dance Floor Installation or Take Down - The manpower to install the floor we shall all be dancing on. Friday morning for this job and take down will be Sunday evening. Burn those calories!
Show Riser Installation or Take Down - Get those show raisers and chairs up, so all the guests have a place to sit and enjoy the incredible show! Saturday evening is when we need you.
Curling Party Transportation - Get out of town!! We will be having more fun after the dance? You got it! We need you to drive our beautiful out of town pros and guests to the rink!! Enjoy the evening while you are there and then drive them all back again. Sunday ONLY
